Group Workshops

We offer dynamic, customized group workshops designed to boost team performance, strengthen collaboration, and support your most important goals. Whether you’re part of a sports team, business, or creative collective, we begin with a personalized consultation to understand your unique challenges and objectives. From there, we craft tailored interventions that target key areas for growth. Using evidence-based psychological strategies, our workshops empower groups to unlock their full potential. Each session is practical, interactive, and purpose-driven, followed by thoughtful follow-up to assess impact and support continued progress.

Leadership Trainings

Collaborating with the leaders creates more opportunity for long-lasting impact and sustainability. This approach equips leaders, coaches, and managers with the tools and strategies they need to inspire and guide their teams effectively. By training the key influencers within the group, we create a ripple effect that extends far beyond the workshop, allowing the knowledge and skills to be passed on and applied consistently within the team or organization. This model empowers leaders to foster a culture of growth, compassion with accountability, and high performance in the long run.

Team

At Agile Minds, our team is united by one mission: helping you thrive—mentally, emotionally, and professionally. Each therapist brings a unique background and a shared commitment to compassionate, results-driven care. With deep expertise in both mental health and performance psychology, we create a supportive, collaborative space where meaningful change takes root and lasting growth begins.

Philosophy

At Agile Minds Therapy, we believe that mental health and performance are deeply interconnected. Our philosophy centers on the idea that developing a healthy relationship with yourself is the foundation for unlocking your full potential in life. We strive to create an environment that fosters growth, resilience, and self-awareness, empowering clients to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.

We recognize that every person is unique, and we approach therapy with the understanding that each individual’s journey is different. We value and respect diversity in all its forms, ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and respected. Our commitment is to support you as you uncover your strengths and build a life that aligns with your values and goals.

Life is full of constant pressure and opportunities to fail. It’s often in these moments that we bully ourselves more than we realize, building walls to protect ourselves when what we really need is a bridge—a connection point. Our goal is to create those bridges, helping you interact with the world more authentically and integrate coping skills to show up every day at your best—for yourself, your relationships, your team, and your work.

Approach

Our approach to therapy is integrative and highly personalized, drawing from a variety of evidence-based techniques to meet the unique needs of each client. We utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we assess how we can be most supportive in each situation, creating custom interventions that are tailored to your personal goals and challenges. Whether you’re managing stress, overcoming past trauma, or enhancing your performance, our goal is to equip you with the tools you need to face life’s pressures, break through barriers, and foster meaningful, lasting change.

We also understand the power of humor and laughter as a vital part of healing. Laughter is often a gateway to releasing tension, building rapport, and creating a lighthearted atmosphere even in the most serious work. We embrace humor as part of the therapeutic process, allowing space for joy, connection, and perspective.

    -Harvard University

“I initially began therapy to seek support on several distinct goals: athletic performance, anxiety management, and leadership development. I had pursued each of these through different specialists. Working with Jenn, I discovered I could address all of these areas holistically, without needing to segment my growth. Jenn approaches her work with intentionality, curiosity, and care. She takes the time to deeply understand who you are—your values, identity, and lived experiences—and how those factors shape your goals. Our work together has not only made me more capable in my pursuits but also a more self-aware and well-rounded person. No matter your background, Jenn is committed to contributing meaningfully to your growth and success.”
